Drinks and German language practice

I'd be interested in joining in, no suggestions on bars though, leider.

This is definitely on this week - once location is decided I'll set it and put it in calendar!

I'm also down for this. I'll be coming from German class, most likely with Tubbsy. Maybe I'll bring some recruits from class, too.

Been quite a few times for lunch but never in the evenings! Food is generally ok - pretty big choice of food. Worst burrito i've ever had though - otherwise it was pretty tasty.

Just to clarify this is not the Baader Cafe in Baaderstr. but a different restaurant on corner of Fraunhofer/Reichenbachstr. Looking forward to trying out the cocktails - seems they are EUR4,90 all night long Check out website for samples of menu/drinks.

it's quite new... think it used to be isar grill. Cocktails are ok but I would reserve early as it gets really busy.

Random asides: It's a funny thing about this established events that - although the turnout is high - people often don't bother posting to the thread any more, since all the details are well-established. At least that's the case with ultimate frisbee. I wonder whether this sometimes deters newbies from coming along? The attendance list is a good idea for the stammtisch, but it might seem a bit anal for a pick-up sports event ...

Maybe it's a bit formal having a sign-up list but it's just to have a rough idea for table reservations. It's always hit & miss anyway as some people sign up and don't come & others don't sign up just appear spontaneously!

Anyway, all old & especially NEW faces are welcome
