Anyone interested in doing a ski tour (ski montaineering) tomorrow? It will snow all day today and according to wetter.de the weather will be good tomorrow, so I will do the Jägerkamp from Spitzingsee. This is a nice easy tour to start the season. The car park is at about 1000m and the summit 1746m.

So how was it? Any report as to the snow depth up there, was there enough to ski on?
There was enough new snow but no underlay of old snow so the skis did break through a few times.
This Saturday there may be a tour organised to a higher area (possibly Hoch Fügen) but this will depend on Thursday's weather forcast. Anyone interested should call me Thursday on 089 8630 8610.
