bet they are! I used to love this when I was a kid smile.gif especially with the whole Xmas wish list etc. Still remember when Nikolaus himself turned up in full garb to let us know that we had been good kids and that we would be getting some great pressies etc laugh.gif

Definately,

The more christmas traditions the better.

we usually combine it with writing a letter to santa in the evening.

I rig the fireplace so that when our son puts his letter in the envelope, it magically ( pulled by daddy ) flies up the chimney. He then spends the period from now until christmas looking up the chimney.

then its german xmas ( Kristkind )on the night of the 24th and british on the morning of the 25th ( Santa )

Our son is practicing. This morning, my shoes were filled with lego bricks, playpeople, a bit of bread, 4 sticks, my house keys and an unidentified sticky substance that all children seem to secrete.

Ah the joys of parenthood,

i wouldnt change it for the world...provided I get something proper in my shoe tonight.
