Fun activities for a Munich newbie

Hi all
I am Jim and i will be arriving in Munich for some daily training with my evenings free...I am looking form some fun, different...off the beaten path...things to do. I plan on touring Dachau on the 8th, after my arrival...as it would be difficult to do prior to my arrival, of course!
Myself and a collegue are staying at Hotel Gasthof Soller (?)...I ahev no idea where that is in relation to the city.
We are flying in on the 8th from Orlando, Florida.

It's about 15 kilometers north-east of the centre of Munich. About 20 minutes on the s-bahn.

Could youbring me a Wendys bacon cheeseburger please

certainly off the beaten path there.

it would help if you classified what you like/dislike and what is on the beaten path for some is not even on the radar of others!

cycly tours, walk tours, brewery tours, party tram, christmas tram and markets, castles, 3rd reich tour, unearthing WW II bombs, walk in the Alps, lakes, paintings, museums, naked co-ed saunas ...take your pick.

thanx for the info on the hotel...although i can't find it on any of the internets (sorry, a little american politcal humor)...i'll keep looking though...oh, and the burger...i'll bring it...although, I can't promise that I won't eat it before I land!

As Arshoo said, a little more info would be useful if you want suggestions of stuff to do. Also a rough idea of how old you are would also assist.

all that you mentioned, arshoo, would be cool...unfortunately, I don't have much time during the day, I believe. Like I said, I do want to go to Dachau...I would love to see a castle or two...naked saunas??(hubba hubba)!

im sorry...yeah, i guess i have been a bit vague...sorry...i'm 38 yr old male, from orlando...I love live bands(pretty much any type of music but country), theater, sports...

I'm pretty much an open minded guy...I enjoy experiencing new things...love history and architecture...people watching is always fun...billiards, darts (both of which I suck at, but enjoy)...I know that might not help much...but, really, I'm game for just about anything!
