Hello,

Does anyone have any advice or know where I could adopt a kitten in berlin?

I dont want to really buy one, im not fond of paying cash to a person who's just breeding as a business, id rather adopt one without a home or something along those lines.

Is there an rspca or rehoming service that anyone knows of or maybe just a neighbour looking to rehouse.

I know this time of year is a large pickup time for cute furry animals but im wanting one for life, not just for xmas!

If you keep your eyes open in the ads in zitty, tip and craigslist, you can probably find someone that is giving away a kitten, or a full grown cat for that matter (they need homes too!) Mine is kind of a 'hand-me-down-...a former roommate decided she didn't want him anymore. I think you'll enjoy having a cat in Berlin because they are very nice apartment pets.

A friend of mine got a cat from here.

Only in German and not sure how it works. I know you pay a nominal fee. plus vet fees (I think)
