Yes, that's what most people do. That or ask at the bar. They usually know the group and if they're not feeling too mischievous will point you in the right direction.

Jimbo
Nov 15 2005, 2:50 pm
Sadly not that I remember - but I don't really remember much of any night spent in GMs the truth be told. Rumour has it that Don Riina and I sang 'Rabbit' by Chas n Dave a couple of times, but I'm sure that that's just a malicious lie.
Shit now I know its karaoke I will definitely be there!

You should come. Everybody else chime in.
Ah go on Don. Soon it'll be snowing and you won't be arsed to leave your cosy house, beyootiful bird and bitching hund to watch DW gyrate to Crawlie's lip singing "i'm too sexy for my shirt" or whatever...

Naturally Don Marco - I'll make that a priority. Somebody sing 'Rabbit' in my absence will they? I reckon DW would be perfect for it...

anyone got any ideas of a location for tomorrow?

Any ideas?

There was a suggestion made by a couple of people recently of going to
Spektakl.
Anyone up for that? They've got a real-life, honest-to-goodness, indoor rain storm thing going on. Certainly something a little different.

Andechs am Dom... Near Ned Kellys/Kilians (For Those To Lazy to walk up the Mountain in Winter)

Outland, would also be good...

I vote Haidhausen:
- Molly Malone's
- Outland
- Augustiner-whatever-its-called by
Ostbahnhofif you want to watch the footie, then Molly's is the best option of the above.
that's my €0.02

True, and they got great Fish & Chips...
BUT, if they are showing footie, they get very packed and there becomes
little/no room for a Massive TT Tuesday Crowd.. I like the place, but it's
just too small for Footie and TT Tuesday..

Seriously, tho, I've found that the place is absolutely packed this time of year. May be too tight for TT drinks, and they may show soccer too (they have a big screen and a small TV).

Augustiner Haidhauser. It's also usually verdammt Laut. The times I've been there (5 or 6) it was nearly impossible to have a conversation without going hoarse. And more smoky than usual (if that's possible in Germany).
Might be able make it this week! So, go for Malone's or Outland ;-)

I think I've said before that I'm a big fan of a fair dictatorship. Otherwise you just end up with a situation whereby everyone gives their suggestions and nobody makes a decision.
I could have just set a time and named a place and gone with it but I've organised a couple of the TT Tuesdays and it's not fair if the same person keeps sticking their oar in.
So, would someone pick an appropriate location and just roll with it.
Darkknight

Time to ask Bob "The Fair Dictator", to jump in and make a ruling then..
Who will it be this week...
Gunther MurphysThe ArcSpektakl
Unionsbräu

Molly Malone's
Augustiner Haidhauser
