Before anyone suggests anything, I suggest we do "Eat the Rich" for next Tuesday (16th August). A VERY pretty TT girl said she would tag along if we do 'Eat the Rich' again. This should be enough incentive for all the guys around

to be honest, if its sunny theres no way I'm off to eat the rich, its beer garden time, it its rainy and horrible, you can go where you like (IMHO)

Riiiight, sounded like you were overtly implying that if the peeps went along to ETR that a certain pretty girl would come too and that would be fun for everyone. At least that was my interpretation of things.

Edit: Agree with Poots I do. If it's sunny then ETR is the last place you wanna be. I'd suggest you keep the idea on ice for a few days and then bring it out closer to the Tuesday if it's looking gloomy. TT Tuesday could well be in a beer garden if the sun Gods are smiling on us.

Damn straight. I refuse to be stuck in a watering hole (sports aside)...epecially one in the basement...when it is still nice outside! It was perfectly nice on Tuesday...it got a bit chilly later on...but you put on your beerjacket and you are fine (right Poots?!)

Beergarden or somewhere with an outside bit for the last legs of summer please Having said that...I have never been to Eat the Rich but I remember that most people were not that impressed last time? Maybe I am thinking of somewhere else.

EDIT: OK I looked back in the archives and then remembered the big discussion on the 'poncy twatness' of the place...but no one really reported back on what it was like. I hear 'dress code' for drinks and I think...nahhhh.

What are the chances for a TT Karaoke night at GM's again??? For say...Aug 23rd? Kinda early I know, but, it was good fun last time! And a bunch of peeps are leaving the end of August...so it'd be cool to have that again before they go...

I really enjoyed Eat the Rich last time so I vote for EtR if it's raining.
I guess we were quite a few ppl back then and everyone seemed to have a very good time. The waiters were really nice and told us we were welcome anytime even though we were quite a big group.
By the way, EtR is not in a cellar...

So, we could do the Hofbräukeller beer garden if the weather is dry and WARM

Ja, I'm in a stomache-churning race w/ the mail: both tix and passport are in the mail, they come today or I'm on the phone to all kinda people...Dory's asked the fam down for dinner, it'll be a quick one: eat, one beer, and out, cuz to catch an 11:45 plane I have to be up fairly early. But I'll probably be there 7-8:30 or so...

Course, a lotta yas already said toodles, and all...so the call's y'all's.

I've toodled you once or twice now mate (and not an unpleasant experience either, I highly recommend a good toodling) so I'm not gonna do Twisted tonight. Hope everything runs smoothly for you.
