started to rain here at Marienplatz a bit earlier on but blue sky again now. We still can just go inside the Park Cafe if it really is raining...
any other suggestions?

@Ludo. Park Cafe is fairly small so you shouldn't have a problem to spot the english speaking crowd. Not sure whether Kat's descriptions are that accurate

I don't know the place either and am currently in a internet cafe as the internet in my flat is playing up- hence I haven't even thought how to get there, got ready etc... Would like to brave it and go though... you wanna go??

We can meet at Karlsplatz, but don't know it that well, so you'll have to suggest where exactly... I can probably be there by... 1930ish if I take the U-bahn to Marienplatz then change...

That's a shame. We were in the vicinity of the entrance...in the direct path to beer. Also there was a fan heater on the table to mark where we were (see earlier post by Petal). We had 3 tables in the end. Next time just PM someone for their handy number...for a newbie it is the easiest way to find people at a beergarden (and keeping in mind that is one of the really small beergardens).

Tollwood? It's only on until Sunday and the Andechs tent is cool (you can sit indoors and outside according to the weather).

Is there going to anything of the inflatable variety so the group can be found? (I tried in vain to find everyone at Park Cafe last week... )

I'd like to go as well. But I haven't been to a Toytown event yet and so am not sure I could find people... Is there a good meeting place at Tollwood?

I love Tollwood (I've got a thing for batik and tie-die stuff), but I don't think I can make it today, unfortunately.

Well, the down side is, Lupo is brewing beer tonight until 22:00 and will most likely be too tired to make it into the city. Since none of this would be possible without him, should we make the TT Tasting another night? It's not like I'll run out, I have 90 cases.

Cool. was planning on coming out on Thursday, but will change plans and show up tonight instead. Kill two birds with one stone, actually three (meet some TTers, bookswap, and check out the great food that i have heard so much about). What time will everyone be arriving. I probably won't make it until 8 b/c I have an errand to run after work. I assume there will be some folks around at that time.
