Ok... tomorrow is my last day at my current job and the day before my new one so I want to celebrate out with the old and in with the new in style, at GM's, whilst watching the mighty Liverpool be more than likely humbled by Millwall (trying v hard to have faith n remain positive...is not happening!)

since tonight is the next-to-last night to see the outdoor film festival i just reserved tix... i'll be departing GM's around 8:40ish if anyone wants to ride the bella-bus [which can actually only fit one /or two smallish/ peeps] over to IMAX for the 9pm showing of these great-outdoors mini-flics... be sure to reserve tix in advance as it's been selling out

It's my first time at Tuesday Drinks, but I can't think of a better time to start than today, what with the elections and all. I only know a few of you from the Twisted Bavarian Halloween party, but would enjoy seeing you again or meeting new folks.
I just hope we have quite a few anti-Bush votes coming in this evening to save us from another four years of this embarassing and dangerous administration...

All: Does anyone know where the next location could be on the 9th I have heard a lot about Molly Malones but never been. Is this place a potential TT Tuesday event. Any suggestions.

I spoke to Mollys and they said they can reserve an area for us next Tuesday, thats if the feedback is positive. If not I wont bother.

I like Molly's and would be up for it on tuesday. I think it is a good idea to occasionally have a TT tuesday east of the river.

Mollys sounds good to me. Not sure what state I will be in by tuesday, but assuming alive and kicking should be there.

@3 Lions: you made the initial suggestion of Twisted Bavaria. I did not read your post before recommending Mollys. I dont mind, whatever people fancy. If Mollys is preferred then I need to block an area by today.

oooh, forgot about 3L's suggestion. well, the odd's of my happy ass making it across town on a weeknight (which means Mini-pup in tow as well) are slim anyway. the odd's of my making it a block to the TB are much better. home again is a different story, of course...

I vote for the Twisted Bavarian/next week TT-Tuesday as well.
Cause I will be there by car (comming from north), so Schwabing will be easier for me than the other side of the river. (lazy duck)

Molly's it is!

We have a broken pump that our landlord must repair before we can open. We had thought the dry run gig was a private TT party, but according to our contact at KVR, it has to be fixed.

So the official plan - Molly Malone's for Toytown Tuesday. put me down, I need a shepard's pie fix after this week.

The Twisted Bavarian is not opening until Wednesday the 10th due to pump man!

damn, too bad! I'm craving some burrito!
