any internet cafe that allows downloading on their PCs?

I used the Friedrichshain location quite often before i got my internet turned on at home, there are no restrictions on downloading. They even have a specific 'downloading area', and the speeds there are quite good (i was getting around 300kB a sec). The usb ports on the PC's are all easily accessible, so its quite painless to transfer whatever you download off onto your memory stick/mp3 player/ portable hard drive etc. Good Luck!
