I'm not on "the Committee" for the GBV drinks so far be it from me...

But I was going to suggest either Padres again for HAPPY HOUR cocktails and/or a little local pub I go to on the Baaderstrasse. Cheap enough beers, GREAT music, I dragged a GBV there before. It's really close to Fraunhoferstrasse U-Bahn so people can get to and fro easily.
