I need to find out whether it's worth my while appealing against a decision which has gone against me.
For those who don't know,
Citizens Advice Bureau is a volunteer service in the UK for helping people with legal, bureaucratic and other difficulties.

Not CAB as there is the UK as one organisation.
First place that springs to mind is the Mareinplatz Insel downstairs in the station.
It's run by the churches but might be a good place to start.
Arbeitsamt/Sozialamt -> there are clamtants groups
Tenenacy -> Mietverein
Consumer issues -> verbraucherzentrale.
Good luck.

Hi,
I was wondering if Germany or Bavaria have the equivalent of what in the UK is known as the Citizens Advice Bureau - where you can find out about your basic rights as a citizen or resident in Germany. Otherwise, are there any of you out there in the legal field who know any lawyers that specialise in personal information ie clarifying what information is fair to be used against you - specifically for gaining an airside security pass.
This has come about because of a very confdusing reply for an application for the above!
Thanks!

airside? Do you mean airport? Whats the context - as an employee or as a private pilot for example?

Is there such a thing in existence in Munich or even anywhere in Germany? Such a place offering any free advice on rights, particularly with government institutions?
Many thanks for any suggestions,
