Newbie alert

hi all! thought i would ask if anybody wants to meet for drinks and the like sometime! New here just got a job, been here a few weeks and buzzin with the place. Here for the long haul so anbody thats into, having a laugh, gigs, music, art, sport, underground stuff (as i hear there lots of cool things happening all the time here). Whatever really, dancing, drinking, socialising, the usual, im up to meet, be gentle, as im new so dont even know if im doing this right!! Think i have sent a couple of peeps a message already, so those who i have sent please forgive, I just plucked up the courage now to send this!! what the heck you all seem friendly. Well write to me or reply etc if anybody just wants to hook, and do something, i know bout the boat so may go along there to...if anybody wants to do something just shout and we can sort it, thanks guys and gals!!!

where in Berlin are you usually hanging out? We moved to Friedrichshain from abroad a couple of weeks ago. We can arrange to meet up and have coffee or something someday.

hi there, im still finding my feet but i hang out in kruezberg, some good stuff it seems there, sometimes head up to rosa-luxemborg platz, nice to, kinda everywhere really, im in ostkreuz, if thats the right way to spell it!! i hang there. so if u do want drinks please message me again, we can sort it out, be good...pm with details or here to if u wana

There will be drinks and a meet up on thursday night at Morgenrot" (Kastanienallee 85. U -Bahn station Eberswalderstrasse) at 20:00. We hopefully will start having these "Thursday night Drinks" every week and will probably change the venue from week to week. Had the first one last thursday at the Oscar Wilde in Friedrichstrasse and there were a total of 12 people (i think). but it looks like the one coming up at morgenrot will have a few more faces. Pull round introduce yourself and have a few.

I sort of haven't got much planned this upcoming WE plus I live in the beautiful Kreuzberg, too, so I might just join in in whatever... Has anybody been to the Irish Pub in Kreuzberg? I think its somewhere near Erkelenz Damm, so there's a suggestion !

Old Emerald Isle it's called. Great place...my local (although it's a good ten minute walk!). Would be a good venue although the transport possibilites are all a bit of a walk away but well worth a trip.
