Starbucks in Munich does, so I presume it's the same for FFM.

just got this from googling:

Bellcaffe

They pack a whole lot of charm into this tiny, but very well located, new-founded espresso bar. The ingredients for the sandwiches as well as the ice cream are a direct import from Italy, as is, importantly, their exceptionally delicious coffee. Made with care and flair by Riccardo who owns the place, this is a good place to relax with great coffee, make use of free WLAN internet access and scarf down some homemade cake in a full-on lounge, coffee a go-go atmosphere. They call it C’ounge. Really.

AFAIK the wireless connections in Starbucks aren't free: Starbucks are in a worldwide partnership with T-mobile to equip all their coffee shops with hotspots. However, you do have to pay for access. Very popular with business-type road warriors I understand.

I have heard before that Bar Celona on Holzgraben has a spot for their patrons, but I haven't tried it first hand.

HTH.

If you have a T-mobile phone contract or a T-Online account, you should be able to use your phone # or logon in info on any T-Mobile hotspot. They also have roaming agreements with other companies, to let you surf and have your phone/internet bill charged.

I was in Frankfurt for half an hour and managed to find one for free.

I don't know if it's provided by, but it's accessible from Cafe Extrablatt near Eschenheimer Tor U-Bahn, it's on the corner Schillerstraße. The coffee was good, and the waitresses were cute. Any for smokers, there's an 'outside' smoking area
