Anyone know of any mental health charities in Munich?

I'm specificly looking to contact one that knows the ins and outs of "sectioning" ie compulsory detention in a specific or closed institution and/or how mental health requirements are "tacked on" to criminal justice sentences.

Also any groups that help provide mental health patients with advocates and / or support in the sectioning process.
