Age range of the forum members in Frankfurt

Hi all,

I am a new member to this forum and have a few questions for you all! I work in a small office with three other ex pats who range from 23 to 27 however none of us really speak any German!!! I was wondering what the age range of people using this forum is and also how often you meet up together? We've done the tour of the local bars but are finding it a little tricky to find english speakers around our age!? Are we doing something wrong! Any tips???

Look here then for age range information. Dunno if the figures are up to date but it certainly gives a sufficient indication. It is for the whole site but should be useful. Would also recommend just going along to some meetup which appeals to you and having a looksee.

No not at all!! Just wanted to have an idea before we went along! I know a lot of sites like this are for more information purposes and for people who have come over purly for there career! I came over to be with my family and I know a few of the things that I have been introduced to before have been not quite my cup of tea! Guess there is only one way we are going to find out and that's to go along to an event!

It won't kill you if you go out for drinks or a meal and meet a few people older/younger than you, will it? You can always decide whether you want to see them again or not.

Some TTers put their year of birth on their profile page, so that's one way to check (unless they've put 1999 or 1066, obviously). I see that you haven't put any info at all, so you're not exactly making it easy for anyone wondering about
your age.

I just registered I will update everything when I get home tonight and have a good look through the site! I only came accross it by accident! I was just curious as to the group and also to the the things you get up to. But thanks for the pointers in the right direction So are any of you posting now going to the night of the clubs?

You can sign up for that here and see who else is going. Obviously not everyone going will bother to sign up but it's a good starting place.

Most of the 'active' Frankfurters are between the ages of 25 and 45, with the majority around the late twenties or early thirties i suppose.

I'm one of the youngest at 27.
Grimsby is a surprisingly ancient 40
Huggy Bear is 31 going on 51
Billy is 40-odd going on 18
all the girls lie about their age and think they look younger than they are (just kidding!!!)
furtfranker looks at least 20 years older than he is
purple muffin claims to be an adult but i'm pretty sure she can only be 12 years old
boogielicious dances better than anyone no matter how old or young you are
little britain drinks more applewine than you no matter how old or young you are
jonnyboy is 30 feet tall but no idea how old he is...
