Just had some of Mik's bacon for breakfast -- as usual, it was delicious!! Thanks Mik!

So orders for April have been placed and anyone wanting bacon if you order now it will be the end of May before its ready for packaging and delivery

two Danish friends of ours have declared Mik's bacon 'ace'!
they had previously told us that Denmark only exports shit bacon they keep the good stuff for themselves. so that must be a good declaration from them Mik!

I had my first decent bacon & egg sandwich in absolute ages a week or so ago after having received my first delivery of bacon from Mik - excellent quality and highly recommened.

But why take my word for it - the only way to know is to try it for yourself...

Well the orders have been placed for April so now its a case of accepting orders for May.

Orders for April will be picked up on the 22.04.2008.Looking to deliver on the 26.04.2008.Will inform all customers by P.M. or e mail as the date gets closer.

Tried Mik's bacon for the first time this week. It's great - tasty and thick and it doesn't shrivel up in the pan like that nasty stuff from the supermarkets. Now, all we need is to source some decent 'bangers' and that's the Sunday fry-up sorted. Mmmmm...Making me hungry just thinking about it...

My German neighbours downstairs now decide that Sunday mornings are a good time to visit.
I suspect that it has something to do with my using a certain combination of three B words together. BarBQue, Bacon and Balcony that has something to do with the timing of their visits.

For everybody else who is wondering about the quality of the bacon. maybe it is best summed up by a friend who was part of a taster session approximately 2 hours after I picked it up.
'I eat a lot of breakfasts in hotels around the world, and this Bacon is First Class'
He happens to be a Pilot for Lufthansa.

Expect another order sometime in the near future.

Orders for May have been placed so its now on to June.Order now and receive at the back end of June.

Been in touch with the butcher and they have informed me that they have not had much slaughtering yet.However they have got the bacon together for the May orders and the delivery date for May orders will be the 07.06.2008.at 2.00pm.Same place in Münich Riem as usual.

So to new and old customers its a case of if you order now then your order will not be ready until the end of June.

Orders are now being processed for delivery this week.Next time any bacon will be ready is in July so if you want some better get in touch soon.Will contact all customers as to the dleivery time for the weekend.

ive worked in germany before as a facrory butcher (AUSBEINER) in various plants, but i dont know much about munich tell you the truth,
i have found one factory on interneet attenbergers,
would your supplier know of any work,
if so i would really appreciate a push in the right direction,

As a former professional Cook, I know good quality when I see it. I have to say that your bacon is absolutely top quality. No shrinkage, good flavor, but not overbearing, and an excellent bite. Thank you very much for producing such a fine product and a special thanks for making it available in the middle of a torrential downpour. I would have proudly serve this at any of my former places of employment and I wouldn't hesitate to use it when I needed to serve the best. Thank you again.

Well delivered to a guy yesterday from Düsseldorf.He now is the infamous one of being the customer that lives the farthest away from me.

Did he drive down, or did you drive up, or did you meet in the middle around Hanau?

No Sara B we met at the normal drop off place in Münich.He is thinking of moving to Münich,was a nice person.Also he informed me that Admiral.com are thinking of moving in to the German market ( insurance )

So after all these great comments, I set out to try the Bacon! It was really good.
Although I had quite a time picking it up due to sudden emergencies at home, I was able to have a
great english break fast last week.
I would definitely recommend and would place another order soon.

If you find a Munich-Berlin solution Mik, I'll be down for more kilos of your bacon...I really miss it in my Eggs Benedict!
