Hey people.

I have managed to land myself in a relationship with a german! (2 years in now and serious)Whilst at uni, she moved to dublin to be closer however has always wanted to live in munich rather than trier.

So getting to the point where I either move to munich or get an english girlfriend! (She won't live in england again!)

I am crap at english and even worse with german! I have started to learn at college/night school however it is slow! I can say hello, good day, and all the other crap however I can't quite master "hey the boiler is broken and i aint paying my rent till it is fixed mr landlord!!!" or any other usefull sentances that one usualy needs to survive in life!

I have looked for jobs and know that my lack of german will limit me to well litter picking, child minding (which is not too bad)

I work mainly in Security here in the UK, however trained in Music Managment, Business/Admin, and Hospitality with Licenced Retail, so a job in a bar or brewery could be good however limmited by my language skills!

Been trying to think of somthing i can do online or via phone etc.

I aint work shy.

The girlfriend has a flat near West park u barn so that is cool.

Any ideas or help would be helpfull thanks and will see you soon in the promised land! biggrin.gif

P.S. the oct fest was brill cant wait till next year.

And how comes that you call yourself daddy? Do you have children?

P.S. Don't worry, Munich is a nice place to live.

He is probably black, a rapper and kills folk...

Hi t-d, long live the power of love! Take a look on the employment offers here, keep working at German and don't be afraid of making mistakes speaking it - most Germans do as well.

good news is Munich has a huge expat community so you won't be hurting for English speaking people to share your beer with biggrin.gif

Not as yet! lol need to pay off the uni debt 1st but have a God son! He's the best!!! biggrin.gif
My nick name came from uni, I was the helpfull person who helped the freshers out and made them less home sick and showed them the ropes! So they gave me the name and it has stuck. Sometimes it is in the variation of La papa grande after a very drunken uni bus trip to spain!

I am white, listen to hip hop, as for killing folk not yet but if you think there is a market for it out there I may be persuaded to become a hired gun! (Joke)

That would be cool, and I am sure that by the time I can make the move I will have made friends with some of you, however I am a bit worried at the wording... Your beer... That to me sounds like its my round! blink.gif lol
