Put it this way - I'm from Essex and I like cars - that's practically admissable evidence in a court of law.

In the end, the white car ended up getting a fine from a very attractive blond female munich copper. As for the triple parker, he pleaded for a good 5 minutes and seems to have gotten away with it. Finally the guy in the jetta lost about 1.5 hours of his day.
