I get a Word of the Week from an English email newsletter I subscribe to. Some of the random words and expressions from it:

denture venturer
houseblinging
iPad
terabyte
Christmas creep
rate tart

I'll put the definitions if you need it, but most you can figure out. Interesting to see how the language develops. "Smirting" was their word of the week, March 26, 2006.
