How would you lot translate the "welches, mir persönlich sehr am Herzen liegt" ?

Kind of depends what the topic is and what kind of text this is appearing in - how formal/sentimental should it be?

A topic/subject/whatever dear to my heart? Of great importance to me? Of considerable personal importance?
