Taxis at S-Bahn stations. How common are they?

Hi, my name is chewy, and i'm new to this site so i apolagise if i've posted this in the wrong topic area (please don't shoot me!)

Whilst stumbiling around the internet looking at things to do in munich i found your site, and i have to say, seeing a load of ex-pats chatting on the internet just like my uni mates made me a lot happier about moving to munich, so a big thank you to all of you!

Quick question?
I am moving to munich on thursday morning, and plan on getting the underground to S-Bahn-Station Neubiberg. this is within about 10-15mins walk from my soon-to-be apartment. I was wondering if there tends to be taxis around s-bahn stations in munich or not? I could walk it, but feel i might break my back with the amount of 'essentials' i've packed!
Any advice would really help?

There are loads of Taxis in Neubiberg, Usually.
