Marriage builders and/or encounter programmes

Does anyone know if these programmes exist in Munich (in english)? thanks.

You live and learn... I first thought that "marriage encounter" was just another name for a dating service but it turns out that these are (mainly church-organised?) weekend programmes attended by married couples, and are not meant to "repair" bad marriages but "make good marriages better", according to what I read on a few related sites. ahh thanks Kay so basically it's a marriage retreat that also serves as quasi-therapy (or preemptive therapy)?
since many seem to be church based it's probably not a romantic weekend escape.

Wow, Marriage Encounters still exists? My parents used to go to those meetings in the 70s.
