Ryanair to fly out of Bremen Airport from 2007

According to the recent press reports Ryan Air is on the expansion in Germany. Planning to invest $$$$$$$$s at Bremen Airport. It will certainly make it easy for us living in the North of Germany to have access to cheap air travel..

$210 million is intended to be invested. From next Spring (2007) 3 Boeing 737-800s are going to be based in Bremen, flying new routes to the UK, Italy, Norway and Spain. Ryan Air has bought the rights to provide cheap air travel from Bremen Airport and with this investment Ryan intends to create 150 jobs.

Yeah, yeah, rub it in. Just because Munich is the most expensive city in Europe to fly from doesn't mean we're jealous...

I always had a nightmare with flights when I lived in Bremen.

It was either all the way from Gatwick, or via Frankfurt or fly to Hamburg and train. It'll make things easier but sadly not for me
