for 19:30 , as their Happy Hour runs 'til 8pm and it rocks!
Then on to ATOMIC CAFÉ around 22:30
to meet the boys, if they're not too shy...

And here I was, all excited, thinking it was tonight and that was great because I didn't have any plans. But JoolyBooly, if a mountain walk ends up getting planned for the next day, it's unlikely that I will make both, although I was keen on the idea. I'll have to sit on the fence for a week and then make a decision, sorry.
we could always make Saturday a grilling/picnic afternoon by the lake or Isar, then go walking on Sunday once we've recovered! Now that would be a cool weekend, nice mix.

Unfortunately a few of the clubs in Munich are somewhat "selective" on who they allow in, as most people who have been here long enough will testify. It helps when people can recommend certain criteria that will help peeps get it. The bouncers really are a nightmare here. Photojenny was just being helpful in letting us all know how the lads can perhaps guarantee themselves entry and I was only having a laugh. So sorry if we offended you!

BTW regardless of the whole indie or not indie discussion there is a band playing in Atomic on Fri 23rd ('Software')- usually this makes it even more difficult to get in unless you're there when the band starts playing or you come very late...

It's not exactly huge - but in a way it's quite cool if TT more or less fills a venue - though it can scare the door staff sometimes.

Or theres the third option, the lads could end up somewhere with *gasp* non-TT chicks!! Some new people to, erm, talk to. That would kind of be in keeping with the idea of a BNO in a way.
Well it would, but then why not all just go out alone and meet new people on our own??? And as a bloke with a TT girlfriend I quite like meeting the missus once in a while you see...(and it also helps that the TT girls speak English).

Kunstpark isn't too bad as we are on Amrienpltz and it's easy to take any S-Bahn to go Kunstpark.

Well, I really think Prager fruhling is a nice place as long as your with enough people to make you're own party. But I also like Nachtgalerie, 4004 and Kilinka for the same reason so I guess I just have a bad taste

Hmm, looks like I never posted? count me in too! at least for the Sausalito's bit. Nachtwerk doesn't look all that appealing to me (the company of course does), but I have to get up for an early flight the next day (and do not want to have a repeat of my April Andechs no show due to, er, illness...).

I have no problems going out with the lads, sure it will be fun as usually - but that's not really the point of having a GNO is it?!?

Here's an idea. Let the girls have a GNO and the boys have a BNO... and wait here's the kicker... don't meet up! Wouldn't that simplify the whole thing, and be more in the true spirit of having a girl's night, or a boy's night out? Although I think the only reason for the BNO is to gather a large group of guys and crash the GNO.

i agree...somewhat. i think we should have a real GNO so us gals can catch up and then meet up with the boys later. only, this time, the boys need to give us a little more time. the last GNO was cut quite short, i think.
