I have been looking in all the main places downtown, and I find that they have only really modern ones.

I would l like one a bit less steel and plastic. Any ideas where to shop?

I bought a cool knife from Kustermann. It really is a great shop, but rather expensive. Their baking section sent me into ecstacy biggrin.gif
