A documentary about Munich will be shown during the Oktoberfest in English. To quote from the Cinema München website:

QUOTE
Oktoberfest and high society; high tech and lederhosen... The capital of Bavaria is both modern and old fashioned, busy and relaxed. A true local shows you the musts. This funny and acclaimed documentary takes only 45 minutes of your time for 11 strolls through Munich. Ideal for tourists, but also worth seeing for residents!

The showings are 3.30pm Saturday 23rd September and 1.35pm Monday 25th September.

So if you have visitors you don't quite know what to do with in the early afternoon, here's an idea!

I saw this a couple months ago - it is a good intro for visitors to Munich, but if you've lived here for more than 2-3 months, it does not tell you anything you don't already know. Consider it similar to your basic tourist guide book, but on the big screen.

Thanks for the review!
OhFFS
"Munich at its Best"? They've made a film about 3am in the morning when there's nobody around?
Nathan
No, it is not about 3am, it is about that 6 weeks out of the year weather isn't absolute shit like the other 10.5 months.
