12V jumper battery with built-in cables & charger?

I used to have a 12V battery (motorcylce battery size) setup that had a plug for wall-charging and cables for jumping. It kicked ass. I want another one. Anybody know where I can get one of these?

ugh... that would have come in handy twice in the last few months after extended trips abroad when the car didn't get driven... i'm heading out to media markt in about 10 mins... and walmart thereafter... i'll ask in both places... if they don't have them in either of those places then they probably don't exist here...

Tell me about it. That thing saved my butt on several occasions. I'd have brought mine over but it's a 110V input only :/
