They're at the Viktualienmarkt and lovely. According to
this page they're relatively easy to grow too. Did anyone besides me ever make grape jelly at home? We did in Nebraska. Or is it another thing like homemade ice cream where I'm the only one who ever liked doing it with the ice and rock salt etc. for the Fourth of July and the rest of the family doesn't do it if I'm not there?

In season earlier this year, right now in fact, spotted and bought at Elisabethmarkt in Schwabing today. Concord grapes are what grape jelly in the US is made of, for the classic PBJ. I've never seen grape jelly here. These grapes are a bit expensive to make jelly from though... although maybe at the Grossmarkthalle you could get enough...

Don't even try normal grapes here for grape jelly unless you like grape syrup...
they might cost a bit for grape jelly, but totally worth it for a decent PBJ!

Thanks for the tip Gen, popped down this morning and got a reduced price on loose grapes that had fallen off the vines since they go off so quickly. Going to make a mini batch of jam, then take the last of my imported peanut butter and have a PBJ feast later !!!

Do let me know how that works because if it's any good, I'm going to get some from the Grossmarkthalle and make some myself. With this
epicurious recipe, as it doesn't even require pectin. We used pectin in our recipe at home, but I haven't actually seen pectin sold separately here, just Gelierzucker.

Only just saw them Saturday this year, but then again I haven't been out much. Also found green seedless Erdbeertrauben for the first time ever.

This year I didn't manage to get any at all, but I did find Italian Erdbeertrauben jam at the Italian Feinkost on the south side of Zenettistr. in the Schlachthofviertel. And it's damn good. They also had tortillas made with actual lard, which you can hardly find anymore. Labeled as an original Italian specialty bread.
