U-Bahn U3/6 temporarily closed due to accident

Just got a phone call warning me not to go into town, that the buses are jammed and the U3/U6 is not running. Anyone know what's up??

U3 and U6 back to normal according to MVG website.

A guy fell/jumped under the U-Bahn at U-Sendlinger Tor about an hour or so ago. I was about to get on the escalator going down to the platform when police appeared, clearing everyone out of the way. One of the police officers told me what had happened. I'm glad I hadn't arrived there a few minutes earlier. I walked on to Marienplatz, but had to continue to Odeonsplatz, the U6 was running north from there.

An odd coincedence: I also saw someone fall onto the tracks here at U-Nordfriedhof a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately there was no train coming. He was in some sort of drug-induced stupor.

Sorry I couldn't get away from having my nipples tweeked on the sofa by two other lovely ladies!
