Disposal of cardboard packaging in Mainz / Wiesbaden

After I moved I have a lot of cartón and doesn’t fit in the normal paper basket

Were can I go to throw away? (please no jokes )

I'd just fill up the large paper bin, week by week. Or sneak to your neighbours' paper bins too.

A lot of people sell their packing materials and boxes, if they're still usable.

You can't throw cartons into the paper bin. You have to take it to a Wertstoffhof.

Pffft, squish them down, put them into the paper bin. Anyone says boo tell them where to go, or stuff them into a bio bin.

is there recycling bins in your area? just lug them down to those bins then. My building has both Paper and carton boxes, and after moves they are always full, but they are picked up once a week.
