Kinotaler cinema chips - Last chance to use them!

The Kinotaler won't be any good anymore after July 15. They're the little blue poker chip type things you may have been given at some movie theaters in town instead of stamping a separate bonus card for each theater. The theaters stopped distributing the Kinotaler in April -- do use them up before they're invalid! You need ten to get a free ticket at the participating theaters.

Althhough I never used them, I find it really cheap that they won't accept them after the middle of July. Lots of warning, that. I do know a few people who'll be affected, so thanks for the heads up.

well I've known since mid-April when they stopped giving them out and it was in the paper, but this is the kind of thing that's easy enough to forget... the more warning the better.
