Oh yeah, thought i had every chance of losing my job today in an extreme meeting that i had to come up with reasons for the customer to shell out another half a million and i played a blinder and he agreed and i'm now a star!

it's friday and great weekend ahead of me. sun is out (this minute only i guess) and generally i had a great week!

I have heard 9 months. But my Aunt Sheila's sons' wives are both due Christmas so I am hoping for New Year.

i realized that i pissed off my friend on purpose, because i didn't want her to talk to me anymore

Because I fly home this week!!! First stop after I arrive on Thursday, Portillo's for an Italian Beef, cheddar fries and a large root beer!
I lost 10 lbs just so I can gain 20lbs while I'm home

Because it's my last week of work! Yay freedom!

I'm happy because on Wednesday I get to fly home and see family and such

Because I am heading right now to a beer garden with my son and we will have pizza for lunch. We are playing hooky today because he had a casting tryout for Coco Loco. It was a call-back from his tryout last year.

Ohhh yeah, I got chucks on sale for 39.90 today. They usually sell for €60 and I always thought that was a rip-off considering they sell for like half in the States, but 39.90 is a lot better! I'd been wanting to get them for months!

Nice dude , what color? lets see if we match. I agree Chucks are only 32 stateside and i could never bring myself to pay the 60 euro for them in Europe. I had to bring back a pair for a girl when I returned last time.. I just placed masking tape on the sole and side of my last pair in europe. Sure a lot of germans stared but like i always say "Feckum"

The funny thing is, I was thinking that too yesterday, and I figured oh well, who really cares, I am talking about shoes on an internet forum, no need to be 100% scientifically correct. Now we know, Jack cares.

Well, these particular ones are called Chuck Taylor All-Stars, short chucks.

I guess I would usually expect sneakers to be made from different fabric, which is also why I would not replace my sneakers with chucks, they are just an addition.
