even though its raining out, I feel great, I just feel happy today, had a wonderful 'girls' night out at the Vagina Monologues, saw some super talented TT women up there giving their best, and drinks with some incredible women afterwards. Life just seems good at the moment.
Ditto to what Carm said about Friday night :-), plus a fantastic night out last night with my favourite people has left me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.

Happy ( and a bit nervous tbh ) cos it's rugby and FA Cup day together and the weather is beautiful again.

I am happy because my flatmates are back from their holiday. We got burgled and I was on my own in the house for a week….and I was very scared.

Cos England beat the Frogs
just got back off my first dive for a good few years. I saw more turtles in two dives today than i have seen in 50 previous dives. And all to the sound of Whales. Fantastic stuff, i'd forgotten how much I really enjoy this. Two more dives tomorrow and another two on tuesday, maybe I'll actually get to catch sight of the whales underwater.

Due to sunny weather my wife & I decided to drive up to Husum to see crocusses in the Schlossgarten there.
There was an NDR TV crew roaming around and my wife got interviewed - all of 5 seconds of it
appeared on NDR Nord this evening
And one friend of MINE phoned up immediately afterwards - my wife answered - and he asked
if it really was her on the TV... Fame at last.
OK - I got interviewed at SFO last Christmas... by TV guys not security.

sign the lease and figure out a move in date for my new place in about 4 hours and I got my "official" job offer (not the contingent one that I've had for the past week) today. Although, I wonder what ASQ would say if I told them what happened to me when I went to get drug tested. I wonder if it'd negate my clean background check and things, hmm...

Cos my sister is here for the weekend, the sun is shining and my fridge is now full of Irn Bru, Creme Eggs and Scottish Cheddar .. and I've just had a fantastic REAL BACON buttie with hp sauce !! I love it when people from home come over with a full suitcase !!

I just got to Munich tonight and before I left my neighbor/landlady told me that my roomie is moving out on 3/31. Meaning she won't be there anymore when I get back. Finally!!!

Cos i've finally got closure on something that has been bothering me and fucking up my life for months.
Today is the first day in almost two weeks that I am not experiencing physical pain when walking.

I am happy because today marks Scogs' second anniversary of quitting smoking. And I will be happy again on Wednesday when my two-year-anniversary rolls around.
I´m happy because I had a good conversation today and went for a walk in the sun with a warm wind drying my just-washed hair.
The coworker who has the nickname "The Biaattch" has resigned. Now she can go nag others to death. Good days are here! THANK GOD!
I am happy because it is going to snow apparently! It is going to snow for three days! That means I can go cross-country skiing again right in front of my doorstep.
I am happy because it is four days until my good friend from England arrives, with supplies of English junk!
my apartment is starting to look quasi-livable and not like the nasty rotten trash dump that my friends and I decided to live in.
Nice to know that when you're covered in paint splatters and quickly running to Home Depot for more junk the Puerto Ricans find it an opportune moment to try to pick you and your friend up (me female, him male) and convince you that fine perhaps not singlely, but then we can all get together for a group orgy. (All during this your conservative police officer friend is blaming this on you).

I was painting the dump (i seriously think building and health code violations are abundant in the shithole) and one of my friends stopped by and so he ran some errands with me. I was excited to get out of the dump so i was running through the parking lot and tripped and twisted my ankle so since we like to act like we're 12 (we're 25) he was giving me a piggyback ride into the store (Don't ask) when the guy approached us.

it's better than when I had to go get drug tested and they wouldn't let me leave the facility. They claimed I could only leave when my parole officer came to get me. Also, I never drug tested at that lab because something was messed up so all I did was wander around a bit and tried to leave so I could go to a different lab.

I am very happy because I sent out 3 job applications and got three interview invitations. 2 interviews today, one of which is now done and went very very well (only flubbed the salary question - too low in retrospect - but I think I can fix that) and 1 I leave for in an hour. I'm either extremely hot right now, or very lucky. AND, even if I don't get the jobs, I am still gainfully employed for now, so I really have no worries at all. Lucky, lucky me.
I'm working from home and got to prepare a decent lunch instead of eating whatever is that they serve at the cantine at job.
Just got a message from a friend on myspace. Hadn't talked to her in forever, she regularly seems to fall of the face of the earth. I miss her! She was my best friend in Oklahoma!
Am so happy that I finally got my 'global express' package from New York, just when I had given up hope of ever seeing it. Normally it arrives in 2-4 days, this time it took 15 days.
Policewoman on a horse in the English Garden this morning gave a hand turn signal before turning left.
She probably could not speak - was just a little hoarse...
after a week's break, i was able to go gym today
Cos one of my best mates has transformed my home and made it bachelor friendly, ie fitted the dishwasher in.
