I'm really, REALLY happy today. So happy that I might buy myself something nice. Like shoes. Or chocolate. (just kidding, Renia)

I am happy today because the 8th byte in my file is hexadecimal 3C.

I am happy today because I wrote 5629 words yesterday and I wrote 1300 this morning. I am happy that I got over my writing block and that my characters are having fun. Now I am off to have some fun for a few hours too.

i got a cute turkeyday card in the mail from my mom along with info for how i should register for classes if i so choose to go back to school and not work in January!

I'm happy today because tomorrow's only a day away.

I am happy because im expecting a package to arrive today, (from my mom!) included are some books (in english) my fav. pair of winter boots aaaaand my christmas present! (that i will most likely open tonight) wahooo

I'm happy because tomorrow is my last day of work until Tuesday. Woo hoo!!!

i am happy because i ordered some stuff over the internet yesterday and it arrived today. :-) nothing beats amazon!

I am happy because my turkey stuffing tastes absolutely delicious raw and will be even better when cooked (onion, cubed toast, pared apples, rosemary, thyme, majoram, garlic).

I am happy because it´s my last day at work!

I'm happy because I'm going to London for the weekend by myself. Yippeeeeeeeeeeee

We (3) also off to LHR today - destination Basingstoke for a concert (plus xmas shopping)

Going to see the opening concert of the Autumn tour of these guys makes US happy.
Saw them in Oxford in MAY - absolutly brilliant (if you like that sort of music).
Used to see them when I was a student many (many) years ago...

Perfect chillout sunday

We are happy as our 1-day trip to UK went off perfectly & the concert (post #376) was excellent.
Approx 300 years were on the stage & great at that.

I am not happy, I am uplifted because the Al Stewart gig yesterday was fantastic.

I got the afternoon off, so, now I have a clean apartment, bought myself flowers and am heading to the gym for a good workout soon.
And I got more tips today, so I officially have enough in my tip evelope to buy the boots I saw in Funf Höfe.

in 3 weeks from right now i'll be over the Atlantic on my way to never having to be an aupair again! (although i like to pretend i'm not one now since my visa to be one expired 2 months ago).
(now only to find a job...)

because the Christmas market on the platz is open today..

because I got an email from an old pal from my Erlangen days and he'll be coming to Munich from Oslo for meetings so we can go for beers on Weds. It has been far too long since I've seen him, he's been in Trondheim so it will be great.
Happy days.
Oh and dinner with my work gals tonight and the Christmas markets (obv.).

Because it is Thursday (I like Thursdays). Because I am eating cherry cake. Because I finished my 50,000 word novel in one month .

Because hubby's flight to Barcelona wasn't on one of the radioactive 767s from BA. The next day's flight was.

I am happy because I tried a rather risqué eye shadow color (silver + grey) and it makes me look wide awake and bright-eyed even though I didn't sleep well.

Because I have one more hour of work and tomorrow I leave for a Wellness Weekend in Austria. 2 full days of pickeling myself in the hot tub and de-pickeling in the sauna, plus massages, facials etc. Ahhhh...

Oh, Sarabyrd! If you get a chance, go to Ludwig Beck and buy some Benefit, "Eye Bright" and "Lemon Aid". They are wonderul for brightening the eyes and making you look awake even when you have jetlag. I keep it in my traveling case. Life savers!

I am happy because I had a cocktail yesterday called Winterfeuer (calvados, cranberry juice, cinnamon, apple slices) that made me feel all warm and wintery and fluffy inside.

Happiness and sadness the opposite sides of the coin.

I am happy today because my mom sent me sponge bob pj's and I am still wearing them at almost 10 am because they are so warm and comfy and my little one loves them.

happy because heaps of people seem to be in town this weekend including my former roommate from my last year in Uni who i haven't seen for almost a year!

oh, and no matter how big of a bitch i can be i seem to have a wonderful tolerant boyfriend.

I am happy today because because I can officially play Christmas Music and sing carols and float around like a child waiting for santa... who I do believe arives in about 24 days

I am happy because a friend of mine who recently came back from a trip to Australia, presented me with a very large pack of Tim Tams this afternoon. Yay!!

Bottle of wine, fresh pack of film, black Uhuru playin' on the tunes , and the night approaches...nice.
