Cos the british ice hockey team are doing into Day 5 of their world championship group without a relegation battle.

After a very nice day and evening I just looked out my window to see a gorgeous glowing moon looking back at me.
Tomorrow is slated to be another great day too and I might be getting more info that will possibly help me to sort out my future a tad.

Cos i met the lady who i'd waxed lyrically about last night and whilst i was embarassed, she wasn't.

Managed to go aviating today! After waiting 4 weeks from Good Friday for the runway to dry out our club commenced operations yesterday

I am get my driving license back after I do a sight test and not the full German tests, (I may have to do the first aid test they are checking), I am getting a 5k tax return from the UK, and my ex lover who I have not seen for over 20 years and is a director of the citizens advice bureau has not authorised my ex wife to use the CAB law department, so has to pay her own legal bill to defend why she has not let me see my kids for 5 years, so on the whole here a good day

I'm happy because my three year old had routine surgery this morning and I'm just glad it's all over and everything went/is okay.

I'm also happy that whoever damaged my car while I was in the hospital, had the decency to call the police.

Because I got a lift to AND from work today and I didn't have to walk in the rain

coz I just bought the *greatest* purple shoes and am wearing them now as they match my outfit to work today

okay, so the Germans out there will laugh at this one, but I am happy today because I made semmel knödel for lu´nch and they were great!!!

Because the ischium nerve is hurting just in time for this afternoon's appointment with the orthopedist.

Cos utd didn't win last night and i'm flying back to MUC tomorrow afternoon.

I am even happier now in spite of neural failure in both arms and one leg because I don't need a claustrophobiogenic MRI but can do a nice open CT instead. And the orthopedist said that my spinal column is in an admirable condition, almost too good to be true for my age.
I still want to know why my fingers keep going numb ...

pinched nerve in the upper neck/back- massage works, I had that really bad last fall, to the point I thought I would have to quit working for good, but I found some super people that massage me regularily.

Turns out that the dress I thought was sold out in Zara, really wasn't. I got the last one in my size and not only is it just the perfect length, it also makes my boobs look deceptively hot. Plus I got a couple gorgeous skirts and tops as well. It has indeed been a good week!

b/c i've been able to ignore the crap i have to do for work and talk about dogs for a lot of the day! also tonight i'm meeting with another trainer since she's decided she needs to learn some of what i do in class so when i get her former students (we teach at the same place) they are not as far behind the students that started their beginning classes with me.

Because I'm getting the world's best lomi lomi massage this afternoon! I can hear the Hawaiian music already...

Cos i finally met Saint last night and she's a beautiful lady and she reminded me of the halcyon days of last summer when a few of us spent our time late at night drinking wine or whatever and just talking nonsense into the night on here.

Because I had a really fun night last night and I thought I was going to wake up with a stinking hangover and, in fact, I feel rather good.

Because I just had a huge red-tailed bumblebee in my house which caused my boyfriend to run around screaming like a girl. Which made me laugh. Hysterically.

I also had a fun night yesterday! Hope I did not traumatise any of the men around!

I had a wonderful time last night at a friends birthday party, looking thru the AnnSummer's catalogue and planning for my party. Heading off tonight to another birthday party and am looking forward to a 4 day weekend next weekend. And a nice dinner party with wonderful friends next friday.

I also had lots of fun last night and want to say 'thanks' to the lovely friends who made it fun!

I had a fab time at Andechs this afternoon, the Radler just hit the spot! Amazed I managed to get out of bed at all today! lol

Because as of 15:59 this afternoon I am on holiday.

Look at the weather outside! A holiday tomorrow. Weekend not far away.

Have been feeling mega-motivated recently and am managing to live the healthy life - not too much food, lots of sport, and virtually no alcohol (okay, that'll change tomorrow at the Maibaumaufstellung!). Feeling better for it too.

Not letting work stress me out (which is why I'm posting now instead of filling out bug reports the way I'm supposed to be ), and pretty much refusing to work evenings and nights.

This morning found me singing along in the car to some great music I found recently (Muse - Knights Of Cydonia, Silverchair - Straight Lines, Architecture In Helsinki - Heart It Races, Modest Mouse - Dashboard, Bumblebeez - Dr Love, Bluejuice - Vitriol, Muscles - Sweaty).

All in all, I feel my holiday in Australia has purged me of any German dourness and negativity that had crept in over the last few years. I just can't stop smiling at people! Look out world - coming through!

Because its Beltane and the Summer is here. I am also looking forward to our fire and the great ritual.

I am happy because a Spanish client told my boss in an e-mail last Friday to have a great wee.

The sun is shining, I'm doing a marvelous job of not letting work get to me, and a fabulous holiday is just a few short hours away. If all goes according to plan, I shall be posting here again on Monday rejoicing over my nice deep vacation tan.

i have a jaded view that guys never care or get excited about seeing the gf/wife/whatever so it's great that you're so excited.

Its the weekend (for me!) and although this was a long work week (all packed into 3 days) and a few stressful spots did erupt, all in all it was a good week, and now I am looking forward to a packed social schedual this weekend.

Because this is the first time I've been able to connect to TT in over a week. My 'puter is still in the computer clinic being ridded of a very nasty virus that's infected it. It had to be completed reformated.

I'm using a computer at a hotel in Frankfurt right now.

I'm also happy my arse is no longer sitting in the boring conference I'm attending here for two days.

I am happy because I think a descendant of Frankenstein snuck into my place while I was sleeping and gave Tobi a new brain because he suddenly seems to realize I am giving him orders, and he follows them! Most of the time, anyway. I hope I didn´t jinx it by writing about it...
