I am happy today because I just came back from a holiday in Paris where my boyfriend proposed to me!

It was a rainy today in Mauritius but I had a good time!!I had lunch with an old friend of mine and we had such a wonderful buffet with seafood etc... we have known each other for quite a while and he reminded me of things from the past!!! we had a good laugh!!!then my parents did a barbecue with some german friends and we ended up smoking shisha and drinking too much! I took two mass glasses from my fathers collection and filled them with Maurtian beer and sang " ein prossit..."Thats life!!!

I lub lub lub my dawg and I can´t stop hugging and kissing him. He is not amused.

Try doping that with our rabbit. He's not amused either...

I'm happy because I feel very loved and appreciated by my husband.

I went out for dinner at an Asian restaurant tonight with two girl friends, one 23 years old, one 35 years old - I am 24 years old. When the waiter brought the bill, he brought the alcoholic drink thingy - for my 35 year old friend. And two Chupa Chups (lollipops) for my 23 year old friend and me.
It was hilarious, but it makes you wonder what that waiter was thinking...

Because when I was driving south from the airport I saw the Alps silhouetted against the mauve-pink sunrise sky like a razor-sharp paper backdrop. Beautiful!

I treated myself to a facial and pedicure. Lovely!

I'm getting my Vista to network with my XP! Ok, sounds minor, but anyone who's dealt with Vista might understand the frustration I've been facing ...

I spent some time with an ex of mine who I had not seen for a while. I don't believe in staying friends with exes and it has been hard for us to keep a friendship. We sat together watching the sea today and talking. It was really nice. It reminded of me of why I fell in love with him... but thats the past.

It's our 4th anniversary today!!

Hubby found out lastnight that he's got to attend a 3-hour seminar tonight.

Yippee! My first ever time having a post removed! Now I finally feel like a full member of TT

Because I've just reserved tables for two nights at Nockerberg!!

FYI it runs from 22 Feb- 9 March this year.

because I had a really wonderful evening last night with a wonderful friend.

Because I just took final #2 and now have a week until my next one. And because I got an A on my last assignment for the final that I just got done taking!

because its Friday and I just finished all my work and am waiting for the taxi to get to the airport where I will partake of a few Beers waiting for my plane

Today as most other days I am happy because my girlfriend has the most incredible eyes and body and has fantastic taste in the clothes she buys and wears and she allows me to do as I please with her.

because I just went to one of the most fantastic concerts I have ever been to in my life. Some of the most exciting and uplifting orchestral music ever written...the conductor, the soloist, the orchestra, the choir, everyone was smiling from ear to ear...
and this reminded me of one of the wonderul things about Munich -that there is a load of high quality things going on for every different taste.
Great start to the weekend.

(for anyone who's interested, it was Schostakowitsch concerto for cello and orchestra, Debussy Trois Nocturnes and Janacek Sinfonietta - sensational!)

Ha! I just saw the light go off in second kiddo's eyes when I explained even and odd numbers. That's such a nice feeling.

He is (i think) pretending to be sick (the old " school is making my tummy hurt" illness) so I made him sit down with an old workbook for first grade.

Because my boss, who never, ever praises anybody because good work is the expected standard, just gave me an excellent for not only getting the info he had requested about a company but also printing the latest news on its intended venture. This will hit the UK news! Not me getting an "excellent", what the company is planning.

I have new doors on my kitchen cupboards!!

Now to get the new cabinets and other doors put up, a wall painted, a few new spice racks and a different picture for the wall. (Note to self, do NOT let a 7 year old pick out the picture from the ikea stock of posters)

And I just read this article about my nephew-in-law (ex-law?) and his career. At least one good role model for my own kids that they can relate to.

Because my shipment from back home was delivered last night after four months of waiting!

because I am in the business lounge of Brussels airport and will about to leave for boarding to my gate, the free food and booze have helped me get over the fact that sarabyrd managed to scrape more paint off our car at the curry night at Nurenburg, this car is obviously doomed as its the 3rd paint repair needed in less than 2 years, which gives me the excuss to trade it in for a smaller car...a nice Porche would be nice for me and get sarabyrd a Smart

Cos I've just bought a new car.

I just received confirmation my husband and I will spend two months living on a ship cruising in Alaska this summer. We will also spend some time in one of my favorite cities, Vancouver.

someone said i was rowing really well today. which is great as i havent done it since july. what can i say apart from naturally gifted

my parents just called and its -30 back home without the wind about -40 with the wind... and I am here with the Föhn, my brother may be coming for a visit for a weekend, and I just got a new vacume that works so great, I have a super clean apartment.
Now, if I could just get the new sofabed sorted out, life would be almost perfect.
