Extra Tapete - high end wallpaper house in Berlin

For the home design freaks out there, one of the best new wall paper houses around is apparently in Berlin. The company name has been popping up in a lot of design magazines, and heres a little mention in the New Yorker. Apparently you can make your own wall paper design and have Extra Tapete produce it.

According to the company website, Extra Tapete "a new berlin-based company, that specializes on design and production of individual wallpapers. Due to a new production method, it is now possible to manufacture wallpapers in small volumes. This enables Extratapete to produce new vivid alternatives to the large-volume mainstream."

The sites available in English and German but a bit crap at showcasing its collections though. I don't usually like wallpaper but the thought of making my own for laughs is amoosing. Dont know what Id put up on the wall though. Possible a picture of my dog but that would probably be butt expensive and give me the creeps, obviously.

Anyway, not that I think any of yous are really into wall paper but if you could make your own designs, what would it look like?

Excellent, maybe they can use this idea on those changing homes shows, and redecorate the lounge using embarrassing baby photos of the husband

Note to self: get UA baby photos for first wall paper photo. Naked adult photos also acceptable. Have entered it into PDA. Excellent.
