Hockey clubs in Frankfurt

Hi all

I know i have probably asked this once before but can't find the post

Are they or are any of you in a hockey club thats in frankfurt, I live in sachsenhausen and haven't got a car.

I have a brand new hockey stick my fella brought for me christmas ago and its still staring me in the face never been used..lol

I used to play back in the UK until I worked weekends, now I live here I am bored and need something sporty to do

If anyone can help it would be much appreiciated

Could you let me know how you get on and which one you joined, I am also wanting to join, only been in Frankfurt 2 days and am sooo bored, am working in a small firm so would like to get out and meet people !
I need to get back to hockey, and also tennis...anything really where I can make friends..poor me!!
There is only so much time I can spend in my apartment without going bananas..

they also play touch rugby in mixed teams at SC1880 if you ever get bored with hockey

Do they play Tagrugby here at all...we play it at home..and its huge.. www.tagrugby.ie companies play in leagues against each other and we finish up each match with the important bit..drinks and barbeques...

I only know you get the U5 to Hauptfriedhof and its sign posted from there, it took me a while to find the place myself.

Its different practice times for males than females

but I phoned the person who was named the captain on the website.

Sorry cant meet up tonight been out all day swimming and stuff and absolutley shattered plus have no babysitter, sorry maybe another day

They are ALOT fitter then me so I was put to shame.

if they're anything like the sports team members I know, the best way to get into shape is to stay out late in your favorite pub drinking beer... *waves at Munich Touch Rugby team*
