Making a photo book

Christmas is just around the corner and being so far away I need to get gifts bought and sent over so they will arrive for the special day. I was on the Black's photography website today and I saw a link to photobooks, your pics your words. It looked kina neat an I was thinking of trying it since you can't buy a book on Deggendorf in english. Anyone ever try this before? Do the books turn out nice?

I made a photo book from some shots in my iphoto, and sent it to my parents in Ontario. They got it within a week and raved about how beautiful it is, so it was a hit. I haven't tried Black's, but if you have a Mac, I highly recommend it for gifts across the pond.

I made one once online a few years ago using www.mypublisher.com, and was quite happy with the results. Good luck!
