DJ Hell @ Die Registratur Thu, 01.Jul.2004

DJ Hell will be playing his monthly 4 hour set at Die Registratur this Thursday. (1st July)

I know it's a school night, but I haven't ever seen DJ Hell and it's my last chance before I leave to see him. So I'm definately going. Hope someone out there decides to join me.

The guy is a goddam legend. I can't believe that I only found out about his monthly sets recently!
Got a 2 hour set of his from FM4 the other day. Outstanding from beginning to end.

i saw him @ his monthly a few months back... def one of my top 5 favorite nights out in munich to date... get ready to party like a rockstar C

Where did you find this? I've looked all over the FM4 website but can't find it. Would like to have a listen.

Bizarrely when I was listening to the DJ Hell set, there was one song which stood out and I wanted to know what it was.
After a quick google search on "we are your friends" I came up with a song called "never be alone" by Simian. So I listened to it on amazon, it was the original, but DJ Hell had played a remix.
So another google search on "never be alone +remix" provided me with a link to a version by "justice vs. simian". I've heard that before I think to myself. And I had, Thursday is justice vs. simian playing it live at Die Registratur.

greece is in the euro soccer finals and tronica djs started a mini-moshpit-mobscene [ok, so my boyfriend may have assisted] when they played an unremixed version of rage... KILLIN IN THE NAME OF... in registratur. someone throw a coat on hell, he's obviously freezin ;-)

opener was strange... very strange... lots of 80s hits... little to no mixing, just throw one vinyl on and pull the other one off... heavy fist pumping behind the booth... but somehow these guys made it work... hell was impressive as usual and still going strong when we pulled outta there @ 4:45 or so... BEAT today but def worth it

Well Hell was brilliant. The atmosphere in the club was great. The first two DJs were barely DJs, but like Izabella says they managed to pull it off (just). However they made up for it by playing the song I was going on about earlier in the thread.
