Is Fidel Castro already dead?

Ok, Fidel Castro has supposedly had surgery for some stomach condition. The exiles in Miami have been partying like there is no tomorrow. Many claim that Fidel is actually dead and that Cuba is covering up for his death until such time as Raul, Fidel's younger brother, can take over. What do you think?
