Lensen & Partner

The TV series Lensen & Partner would like to film a show in one of our production plants. My boss is against it but I think it could be fun depending on what the show is like.

As far as I know it's a show about a private detective but other than that none of us are familiar with it.

Has anyone seen this program?
Is it any good?
Would it be an embarrassment to associate our name with it?

yes, i've seen it a number of times. Quite entertaining, though typical afternoon tv trash. I was in a store in Unterföhring once when they were filming. I might have been in the show but never saw the episode to be sure.

ok to answer your last question. I am not sure it is really an embarrassment because the show purports to be real cases and is filmed in way as to make it look like it is not staged or scripted but also I doubt it would bring the company much either.

arghh! I've seen it when I was ill at home, bored to death watching crap TV. And it IS crap!!!

The "actors" are like Pinocchio: once alive, but now wooden...

I watch it at the gym (its on the tv- and I cannot change the channel!), its okay- typical german, sort of trying to follow the idea of cops- where the actors are followed around. They also tend to use real people in the shows... One of the secretaries here let them use her house and stables.

You'd also have to know what the script is, I mean they might be there pretending to find a psycho employee whose gone and poisoned a bunch of people using your plant and goods. There are some retards out there that would keep that sort of association in their head.

However, if they promise you a part and you have a chance for fame and personal riches by all means take it

Its like watching a comedy I always laugh, but my German friends love the show and all think its real.If the TV company want to pay you a lot of money then go ahead, you never know you could be on the Telly!

If it's set up to look like real life people will believe it is.
My mom is totally into the court thingies on TV and will not be persuaded that these people are (bad) actors, not even after I auditioned myself (they never called me ).

Crime + Your Company + People who cannot tell the difference between fiction and reality = Trouble
