Sitting here in the sweltering heat, I got to thinking...I inherited a mink fur coat from my great grandmother some time ago. It is in desperate need of oiling and some sewing repairs---I would really like to restore it. Can anyone refer to someone here in Munich (or around Munich) that might be able to perform this service, please? Thanks. Stay cool A

There is a store that sells beautiful furs here in Deggendorf. If you don't find anything in Munich, pm me and I can ask them.
it is a little hot for it today but why wouldn't she wear it?

take a wild guess

Whether you agree with it or not, I reckon it's possible to think of a reason why some people may object.
Not sure this thread is the time or place though for such a discussion

well obviously SiM but last time I checked, wearing a fur coat wasn't against the law and you know exactly what planetmoni was talking about. if you are against wearing fur, i strongly suggest not going near any nordic country in winter, it's a bit of an eye-opener.

We inherited a load of fur coats from my wife's grandmother last year. Flogged 'em all on ebay 'cos they are just nasty basically. Couldn't give a frig about the furry little animals. I feel more sorry for battery chickens.

Actually this is just inconsistent shit -
argument against wearing swastikas - nasty fukkers used to wear them and it's offensive to lots
argument against wearing fur - nasty fukkers wear them and it's offensive to lots
basis of said law is the same and should be extended to modern nasty fukkers.

The Truth about PETAQUOTE
ETA raked in nearly $29 million last year in income, much of it raised from pet owners who think their donations actually help animals. Instead, the group spends huge sums on programs equating people who eat chicken with Nazis, scaring young children away from drinking milk, recruiting children into the radical animal-rights lifestyle, and intimidating businessmen and their families in their own neighborhoods. PETA has also spent tens of thousands of dollars defending arsonists and other violent extremists.
PETA claims it engages in outrageous media-seeking stunts "for the animals." But which animals? Carping about the value of future two-piece dinners while administering lethal injections to puppies and kittens isn't ethical. It's hypocritical -- with a death toll that PETA would protest if it weren't their own doing.

walked past the big fur shop at
ISARTOR last year, the stuff they make out of fur there is just odd. fur bikinis, what's that all about? they had a matching waistcoat and luggage set made out of HAMSTER fur!
anyway I, for one, am glad this topic has re-surfaced, obviously there was a lot left out, on both sides, in the original one.
when I see a person wearing 'exotic' furs, I have no admiration for them at all, think they look oudated to be honest.

@ Yeti...just because *some* people walk around their houses naked in their fur coats does not make it erotic. And please having sex on those things is about as pointless as sex on the beach. Actually I kind of imagine Toronto to be the kind of chic who goes out beats a baby seal to death then brings it back home , gouges out it's eyeballs and then masturbates furiously to a soundtrack of "Damien The Omen" on the rotting carcass... if i left out some details here then let me kno hun . kthxbai

Imagine this. The Ice Hotel...somewhere in scandinavia.. 3/4 length Russian sable with a matching fox collar...nothing but a matte gold bikini and a pair strapy gold Jimmy Choos. And diamonds baby...dripping with diamonds...Muhahahaa...

Sorry, total daydream.

oo maybe next season's fur look could be Yeti-lined bovva boots with matching Yeti beany, teamed with a Yeti-cuffed bomber jacket. the fur would have to be humanely acquired though.
