The ONE AND ONLY Brigadier General (Retired) Charles E. "Chuck" Yeager.

From his Wikipedia page:
It should be noted that he was 74 years old when he flew the F-15D on October 14, 1997. (!!!)

I met Him at Air show like 8 or 9 years ago.. he is a very very nice man..

To be able to hang out with a man who fought windmills! (yes, I do realize Don Quixote is fictional)
To jam with, Ella and Louis
and, because the man is bloody hilarious, Dan Savage.

Him...just because he is so bloody gorgeous and so I can drool into those fabulous blue eyes...(he is an "actor" from an admittedly fairly crappy Crime daily)..

Bell the cat
Gerrard Winstanley who in 1649 led a party of poor men women and children to start digging the common land on St George's Hill at Walton in Surrey. Winstanley believed that the poor should be able to work the local common land across England to feed themselves and earn an income. They were referred to as 'Diggers' and were mercilessly suppressed in the following year in the new English Cromwellian Republic. Arguably, he is the first communist, though his ideas were actually more moderate than later communists. He was a deeply honourable man who wrote copiously and eloquently about the plight of the poor. He is one of my heroes:

Alexander Supertramp (Chris McCandless)

A man who has inspired me above all others: Christopher McCandless, an Emory University Graduate decided to give all of his life savings to charity. After disposing of all his ID he spent two years traveling across the America using the alias "Alexander Supertramp" with the eventual goal of reaching Alaska for his "Great Alaskan Adventure". He lived in the Alaskan wilderness for several months until he died of starvation on August 18 1992. He was found 3 weeks later by moose hunters.

Chris was a man of Morals and he could never understand why there was so much hatred and violence in the world, he disappeared so that he could find the true meaning of Happiness.

On his death bed he carved a message stating "True happiness is not real unless shared" I really believe that is a quote to live by smile.gif

His adventure has been documented in the book "Into the Wild" where accounts of his journeys were taking from his journal and the friends he made along the way. It has also been made into a film, suprisingly called "Into the Wild"!

I really recommend either reading the book or watching the film

RIP Alexander Supertramp

A drink with the next president of the U.S. of A. sounds like a good idea.

And another round...
