Pipe bands and bagpipe players

Does anyone know any good bagpipe players to accompany a local wind band at our annual concert?

Go out to Angelohe Wald in the evenings and you will find a guy who goes out there to practice. It was kind of cool walking through the forest to the sounds of bagpipes as the sun set.
