The Music - Strength in Numbers. I think is pretty damn good. I like the video too. I don't normally watch videos. I saw the Codplay - Viva la Vagina video the other day. What a pile of tripe. The band looked like a bunch of tossers and even the good-looking lead singer came across as an arm waving nerd. The song is ok I suppose but the vid put me right off Codplay.
Just to slag off some other performers :
Ian Brown - Saw him performing in a tent at a festival this year. Sad old man jogging around the stage in tracksuit. Made me squirm. Charlatans - Like their free album they gave away. Also saw them in same tent. I was appalled the lead singer still had the same haircut as he did 30 years ago. He stood still and waved his hands around at bit. Very poor.
Kids, please stop your dads from performing on stage.

Some of the concerts are free to download and are really good quality. Its Billy Graham's stuff from the Filmore and elsewhere.

I am listening to Tom Waits - Waltzing Matilda on youtube. Sad song - suitable melody for this day. My favourite line: I lost my Saint Christopher now that I've kissed her...

Tony, you know that's all over the news now? The Finnish dude that went crazy and shot a bunch of people had posted videos online with that band's name as an alias.

Yup. It wasn't coincidental that I posted it. The thing is though, I've seen Wumpscut DJ-ing in Landshut and I've had his CDs for a few years now (his real name is Rudy Ratzinger), but I haven't played any of his music for a while. It was today's tragic event that made me sort through my industrial music collection and dig out "War".
And I thought because of today some people might be curious of Wumpscut's sound.
