Watched England v Ecuador yesterday in the Hoffbrau on Esplanade near the Alster.

Its a big place and there must have been about 30 people in there.

Had most of the bar staff to ourself during the whole match.

Great view of a big screen and a litre maß of HB on demand.

Just wanted to ask for a good place in Hamburg to watch the quarterfinal - not too crowded, nice atmosphere... tongue.gif

That's TT for you... just make a wish and it will be granted. biggrin.gif

wink.gif Er, not really, I thought it was a bit TOO quiet in the Hofbräu yesterday, was looking for the medium between too crowded Fanfest and too quiet Hofbräuhaus.

But I guess Mat's idea might help to make it a bit more crowded at the Hofbräu for Saturday... cool.gif

Oh yeah, nearest station is Stephansplatz on the U1 or Jungfernstieg on the S1, S3, U2 etc.
