Hawaiian shirts better than naughty? Or did you mean Hawaiian
skirts? You know, those flimsy grass skirt thingies? All it takes is a bit of a breeze...

But wear a feckin shirt!!!
I SAID SHIRT! Not a skirt, that´ll be me!
Ooh, you really want to do that? Full Hawaiian Highland grass-skirt regalia ... let Bavarians discover the truth about what a Scotsman wears underneath

Now that is an idea, Scottish grass-skirts. Thank you most kindly, huala skirts also most welcome. be they male or female.

It is called the Olympia Alm, FYI. Bring your own dog, they love them there. Matter of fact, it is one of the most pleasant places around, you can even take your beer and quaff lying on a blanket in the grass. To be remembered for the next "off the beaten track" venue.
P.S. @ sea-king: Scogs' Hawaiian shirt with the skulls and flames beats any attire you might possess all hollow.

Yes. It seems so. No discussion (on or offline). We didnt want to start an argument. And, as they serve beer there, and the weather is looking more reliable now, then why not? He didn't sate a time so I'll say 6pm onwards.

I might just turn up, I have the day off and Scogs probably won't be back from Home, Scotland and Glory before nightfall. Does anyone want to borrow his shirt? I refuse to touch it, much less wear it.

In case anyone's worried about the climb, this place isn't right up at the top of the Olympiaberg. You don't need mountain boots, crampons, ice picks or the physical condition of Reinhold Messner. It's just a leisurely stroll up a very gentle slope.
I might stroll along (yes, I know, I always say that). I'll have a rummage through my wardrobe and see if I can find something really garish and exotic.

Sounds like you got off lightly. My bike prang cost me 2 weeks in the hospital. They did serve beer in the hospital however!:-)
I'll be heading there in about 15 minutes. (taking it gently of the bike)
Hey! shall we have a bike race at the end of the evening down the Olympia hill on the gravel track? Winner gets surgery with general anesthetic!

Scogs had to hook up to work when we got home, we couldn't join the happy crew. Betcha got real wet later on, though.

Yes, I had a great natter too. There were the usual scattering of newbies. And a mix of USAnians and UKnians who all seemed to get on well.
We were dry there. But it was the getting home that was the wet bit.
