i just checked the web page and saw the photos, but they also mention Salsa on friday in the Saal... we were there a few weeks ago with the Hash to check for a possible venue, and they would not give us the Saal as its for Salsa.
I am not arguing with you, I believe what you say, I am just confused as the web and personal experience says something different.
But with a reservation like PoohBear, I just have to make it!

I see. Maybe they will move us to the main room. As the lady did say she will call and confirm the seating arrangements.

As long as you don't post any pics of inappropriately dressed young ladies in sports ensemble, otherwise none of the ladies will turn up . . .

Have to agree with Carm - does seem odd giving you the Saal for the reservation...I was also Salsa dancing there a few Fridays ago with the Spanish Stammtischlers! Anyway, have fun (without me)!

That's a shame CS, you'll have to get a new one and bed it in before Sept for
this.

I seem to remember an FBG at Max-E a couple of years ago where we nearly set fire to the place. Will take good note of the location of fire extinguishers this time.

Is that a reference to Blankets and Pooh?
I have just spoiken to them again at the
Max Emanuel and got a bit more sense out of them this time. We will either sit
outside if it is nice (it is now looking that way) or inside in the normal Gastraum and
not the Saal as we suspected.

let's hope its nice out to sit outside, the gastraum is just tables and no movement possible.
Yes. We'd be trapped like ratchets!

I'll swing out there methinks. If you see a guy 6 foot, slim, dark hair and a beard without a clue, just wave to me.

We showed up after most had left but beared the walk and detours to eat the rich. Would have been nice to hang out with the FBG crowd though eat the rich was interesting. Oh well.

Hello Folks,
Since the weather forecast for Friday is not looking good we have chosen an inside / outside option.
I’ve booked tables in the Bar that was called the Colonial bar which was part of the Hacker Pshorr Bräu Haus (which it is now called).
The
Colonial Bar was on the left of the Hacker Pshorr Bräu Haus when you look at it from the front.
It’s a great place with plenty of seamless inside / outside seating and umbrellas and cocktails.
Tables are booked in the name Andy Murray.

My suggestion, we all wear red shirts, t shirts etc and hang out a few Union Jacks to demonstrate or loyalty to King George, (our glorious King) And we demand the return, forthwith and toutsweet, of our colonies, to the bosom of the Motherland!
Jeckel has an excuse to wear his tunic again too!

What would you do if you got them back? There is no native's left in the old colony's for you to kill!

Jul 3 2008, 11:05 am
We'd teach them some manners! Oh and get our German allies to teach them how to brew beer!
We'd best do a bit of testing on Friday to see if they can still do right though.

That's the spirit Allers, this is thinking outside the box in the raw form. Keep up the good work, this is the sort of Empire building ideas I need to hear.
They asked people in Britain if they preferred to be called British or English!
They replied: Polish.

@Iain, that was not an Empire building idea! Go back and work on it please. Bring to my office/beergarden and we'll discuss it there.

United-Kingdomish, anyone?
Not that it makes any difference to extraterrestrials like me. The folks back home on Alpha Centauri look at me like I'm crazy when I try to explain to them about the Earthlings and how important it is to them to have these little pieces of paper with little stamps on that say which bits of the planet they can walk around on.
I can really feel you holding back from calling us puny!
Looks like the rain may just hold off tomorrow.
Very funny booking the Colonial on 4th July.
Perhaps the Americans at the
Hirschgarten can all make a move at some point to the
theresienwiese and we can have a re-enactment?

If it rains, they might all join us anyway. Where else can 120 drunk Americans go in the wet?

I'll lead the Cav on the right wing and sweep them into your bayonets. Can't be much fight left in them after stuffing their faces all day.

I can just imagine Sea-king right now dressed up in cavalry uniform with a table laid out with soldiers representing the different regiments as he slides in the cannons using a log stick and going
ha-har! with excitement!
